Introduction to the X1 System
Overview of System X1, terminology, cabling and the MTM modular system
If you or any of your engineers have no industry experience and are looking to gain an understanding of door entry systems then this course is just for you. With a detailed look at the audio and video systems covered in this course and the many configurable options and features available, attendees will gain a solid foundation which they can build upon. As with all of the door entry training courses a small investment in your time will pay dividends in your future installation works.
The training will cover:
- An overview of System X1, terminology, cabling and the MTM modular system.
- Capabilities of X1, limitations, cable distances, types of system, and programming options.
- A practical session on XTS manual setup and programming using our demo boards.
- A software demonstration of the PCS/XIP System programming and CAME KEY programming.
- App programming of the LHS entry panel (using CAME KEY), include a practical demonstration.
- Wiring and Bluetooth app setup including Prox Reader and Fob management.
- A MTMA/CONNECT system overview, terminology, cabling and options.
- System capabilities, limitations, and programming using the SetUp app.
- A demonstration of the SetUp app will include system programming via CAME Connect and an overview of requirements of platform.
What will I get out of it?
Attendees will gain valuable knowledge of the specification and of a broad range of door entry products.
What will I receive?
Each attendee will receive an official CAME certificate of attendance.
How many people will attend?
Each course is attended by a maximum of 18 attendees. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout the day both during breaks or over your complimentary lunch.
How will the course be presented?
Our experienced course leader will give an informative theoretical presentation using projector slides and demonstrations in a classroom environment. This is followed by an in-depth opportunity to wire door entry products on our demonstration systems in one of our dedicated training facilities.
